BFKN’s Corporate & Securities Group served as legal counsel to L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused private equity firm, in connection with its $28 million in series C funding of GlossGenius, a software platform for beauty salons. Launched in 2016 by Princeton graduate Danielle Cohen-Shohet, GlossGenius’s technology manages small business’ end-to-end workflows across their back-office and front-office such as payments, bookings, inventory, expenses, marketing, communications, analytics, and website design.
